1. Delivery
We deliver nationwide in South Africa using PUDO (The Courier Guy) . The flat fee is to deliver a parcel under 2Kg to your door. Track your parcel on their website
2. Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Shmoolish purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product due to a fault in the product, you can return the product to us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide details as to why you believe the product is faulty. Our Quality Control team will conduct an investigation, and if the product is found to be faulty, we will happily replace or refund your product.
3. Storage Tips
To maintain the freshness and quality of your Shmoolish milkshake powders, please follow these storage tips:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Once opened, consume within 30 days for the best taste and quality.
- Always use a dry, clean spoon to scoop the powder.
- Ensure that the lid is properly closed after each use to prevent moisture and contamination.
4. Allergen Disclosure
Please note that Shmoolish milkshake powders are made in a factory that processes dairy, egg, soy, gluten (wheat, barley, and oats), nuts, peanuts, and fish. While we take great care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from trace amounts of these allergens.
