Overnight Oats

Creamy overnight oats made with Shmoolish Chocolate flavoured milk, rolled oats, Greek yoghurt (optional), and cocoa powder. A convenient and nutritious breakfast option for busy mornings!

Choc Banana overnight oats

1.5 level teaspoons of Chocolate Smoolish
200ml milk
1/2 cup rolled Oats
1/4 cup plain greek yoghurt or fruit yoghurt of your choice (optional)
1 Tablespoon Cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 ripe banana (keep peeled until needed)

Add the chocolate Smoolish to a the milk and stir until dissolved.  Pour 1/2 glass of Smoolish milk with rolled oats, greek yoghurt (optional, can use a bit of extra milk if needed), Cocoa powder and the honey in a mason jar or container.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, allowing the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.
In the morning, give the oats a stir and enjoy it cold or warmed up in a microwave before serving.
Top with banana slices and a sprinkle of Cooca powder, if desired.
